Personalised coaching for creative professionals
Are you interested in self-employment in the creative industries? I can help you get there again. We can talk about these topics:
Whether you've been at it for a long time or are just starting out: Every now and then it makes sense to review your goals. I will help you to set realistic and realisable goals and develop a strategy to achieve them.
We can either do this on the basis of solid market analyses or we can look at it from a philosophical perspective.
Creativity and chaos often go hand in hand. Together, we will find structures and routines that suit you and your way of working.
The cliché that self-employed means self-employed all the time is unfortunately true. That's why it's important for self-employed people in the creative industries to look after their own resources. After all, if you burn out, you will eventually run out of ideas. Let's create a balance together.
Every successful company has a strategy. And you as an artist are a company too. That's why we work together to create a strategy that will give you the success you want. When we think of van Gogh, we think not only of sunflowers, but also of his missing ear. Artists are brands. Let us create branding for you, your team or your band that feels good and that you want to convey authentically to the outside world.
Like every company, you have to think about marketing as a solo self-employed person or entrepreneur. In my career counselling for artists, I help you to take your marketing into your own hands.
If you want to make a living from your creative work, you need customers. Together we will look at who your target group is, how you can reach them and how you can turn people into happy and, above all, repeat customers with your creative work.
Would you like to offer your services abroad, develop a new line of business or hire employees? When it comes to growing your creative business, an outside perspective can help. Let's talk about it!
Creative minds are usually also stubborn. In bands, groups and teams, this can easily lead to arguments and creative differences. Before the fronts become entrenched, I will help you to find compromises and understand each other better - so that the art can take centre stage again.
