Let's start something big!

  • Solo freelancers (authors, illustrators, designers...)
  • Creative start-ups and teams (bands, artist collectives, associations...)
  • Self-employed people who want to become digital nomads

The coaching is individually tailored to you and your needs. Please take a look further down on this page under ‘Modules’ to see which areas are of interest to you. We can discuss these topics, among others:

  • usiness coaching for creatives
  • WOT analysis
  • Career counselling for artists
  • work-life balance for creatives
  • financial planning for creatives
  • personal branding for artists, bands, creative professionals and sole traders
  • marketing strategies for creative professionals

We generally have our initial meeting online or by phone. In some cases, on-site coaching can be useful, for example when working with bands and groups. In general, however, my coaching sessions take place online.

How long the coaching lasts depends entirely on your needs. Sometimes a 90-minute session can be enough, sometimes we work together for a certain period of time. In our kick-off session, we therefore determine together what you want to work on, which milestones you want to achieve and when, and how your coaching should proceed.

he cost of coaching depends entirely on your needs. Generally speaking:

  • 90 minutes of business coaching for creatives costs 180 euros*
  • start package 249,- Euro
  • Each additional hour, e.g. for longer workshops, costs 120 euros*.

*plus value added tax

With your start package you get

  • a 90-minute kick-off coaching session
  • the book ‘free & creative’
  • a notion template that you can use to prepare specifically for your coaching session

But I would love to. I myself lived as a digital nomad for two years without a permanent residence and also lived and worked abroad for several months before that. I would be happy to develop a strategy with you on how you too can work remotely.

The 90 minutes are booked for you. You decide for yourself whether you want to use the full time you invest.

If you've clicked on this, you know: e can call yourself a coach. To reassure you: I have actually learnt my job.

  • Self-employed since 2006

My book for people like you

Do you really just want to get on with your creative work, but then you suddenly find yourself faced with organisational problems? Business plan, acquisition – is that necessary? What insurance do I need, what fee can I even ask for, how do I organise my everyday life as a self-employed person? My book would like to help you with this.

Personalised coaching for creative professionals

Possible modules of your coaching

You can put together the following modules as you wish. We will decide together what we talk about in the coaching session. You will receive coaching that is tailored to you and your self-employment.

Are you interested in self-employment in the creative industries? I can help you get there again. We can talk about these topics:

  • Does self-employment suit me?
  • How do I finance my start-up?
  • How do I build a brand?
    ow do I find customers?
  • How do I join the artists' social security fund (KSK)?
  • How do I organise my work?

Whether you've been at it for a long time or are just starting out: Every now and then it makes sense to review your goals. I will help you to set realistic and realisable goals and develop a strategy to achieve them.
We can either do this on the basis of solid market analyses or we can look at it from a philosophical perspective.

Creativity and chaos often go hand in hand. Together, we will find structures and routines that suit you and your way of working.

The cliché that self-employed means self-employed all the time is unfortunately true. That's why it's important for self-employed people in the creative industries to look after their own resources. After all, if you burn out, you will eventually run out of ideas. Let's create a balance together.

Every successful company has a strategy. And you as an artist are a company too. That's why we work together to create a strategy that will give you the success you want. This strategy can be your web into self-employment, or a large-scale strategy for your marketing, social media and your development over the next few years. Just as you need it.

When we think of van Gogh, we think not only of sunflowers, but also of his missing ear. Artists are brands. Let us create branding for you, your team or your band that feels good and that you want to convey authentically to the outside world.

Like every company, you have to think about marketing as a solo self-employed person or entrepreneur. In my career counselling for artists, I help you to take your marketing into your own hands.

If you want to make a living from your creative work, you need customers. Together we will look at who your target group is, how you can reach them and how you can turn people into happy and, above all, repeat customers with your creative work.

Would you like to offer your services abroad, develop a new line of business or hire employees? When it comes to growing your creative business, an outside perspective can help. Let's talk about it!

Creative minds are usually also stubborn. In bands, groups and teams, this can easily lead to arguments and creative differences. Before the fronts become entrenched, I will help you to find compromises and understand each other better - so that the art can take centre stage again.
